Radius Dashboard — How It Works

Onboarding

From an empty list to a live, paying client — in 4 steps.

This is the exact system running inside your dashboard right now. Walk through each step below to see how prospects get added, scored, built, and closed.

STEP 1

Add a business to the system

Every deal starts here. Click "+ Add Business" at the top of the Dashboard — that opens the same form every prospect gets loaded into.

What you'll fill in

Business Name* — required
Category — hair salon, restaurant, etc.
Address
Phone
Email (if known)
Instagram
Facebook
Review Count
Rating
Has Website? — No / Yes but bad / Yes good
Starting Score — 1-10, defaults to 7
Notes

Hit Save and the record lands straight in the prospects list on your Dashboard home screen with a stage of "Scored - Not Contacted."

Tip: The more contact info you have up front (phone + email + Instagram), the higher the record's close-rate signal — you'll see this called out right in the prospect's detail panel.
STEP 2

Look for this sort of business — and score it

You don't have to hunt manually. The system can pull a fresh batch of local businesses for you, and it auto-scores every single one the moment it lands in the dashboard.

Where the leads come from

Behind the scenes, a sourcing pass searches for real local businesses by category and city (hair & nail salons, restaurants, barbers, spas, gyms, and more — across Waco, Hewitt, and Woodway) and keeps only the ones with no real website — meaning a booking-platform page, a social-only presence, or nothing at all. Those are your best targets.

How scoring works

Every new prospect gets a 1-10 Suggested Score automatically, built from two things:

CategoryBase ScoreWhy
Hair / nail / beauty salons8-10High AI-booking upside, easiest sell
Restaurants8-10High AI-booking upside, easiest sell
General stores / services5Still sellable, slower close
  • 100+ reviews on Google → +1 to the score
  • 30+ reviews on Google → +0.5 to the score
  • No duplicate businesses — every name is checked against what's already in your list
Reading the badge: 9-10 green = call today. 7-8 gold = strong, work it this week. 4-6 blue = fine filler, lower priority. Anything 1-3 stays gray — deprioritize.
Want more leads right now? Ask your admin to run a fresh sourcing pass any time your list gets thin — it pulls new, unscored, no-website businesses straight into this same list so your sales team never runs dry.
STEP 3

Create their website — before they even say yes

This is what makes the pitch impossible to ignore: you show up with the finished website already built, not a promise.

Every build includes

  • A fully custom design pulled from their real business info — name, logo direction, services, hours, real reviews
  • Hero/header imagery on every page (never a plain text banner)
  • Full-length pages — a real "How It Works" process section and FAQ, not just a hero and a form
  • An AI appointment booker wired in, so leads get captured and texted to you or the client automatically
  • Mobile-ready, fast-loading, hosted and live on a real preview link the moment it's done

Where it lives before they buy

Every build gets its own private preview link (a *.web.app address) so you can send it, show it in person, or drop it in a text — fully working, nothing locked, before a single dollar changes hands.

Standard, not optional: hero imagery and full page length are now baked into every build by default — no site goes out short or bare anymore.
STEP 4

Now reach out — and this is how you do it

Open any prospect's detail panel and click "📋 Call Script." The dashboard writes your pitch for you, using that business's real data.

What the script pulls in automatically

  • No real website on file? The script leads with that gap.
  • High review count + high rating? The script uses it as proof they already have demand — they just have no way to capture it.
  • High suggested score? The script frames urgency — this is a business ready to convert fast.

Send the finished site, not a pitch deck

Instead of describing the website, you send the actual live link. Every build ships with its own sales page wrapped around the site — the business owner sees their real, working website in a browser frame, then scrolls down into a page built to close:

  • Why the system beats hiring an agency — AI booking, SEO-ready structure, hosted and fast, all in one build
  • What it would cost piecing this together elsewhere (a website, a booking system, and SEO work separately) versus getting all of it in one build
  • Today's price, clearly stated, with a countdown — the price steps down automatically if they wait past 14 days, so there's a real reason to decide now, not pressure for pressure's sake
  • Everything is customizable, and they get 2 free edit rounds after they agree to the build
  • One button — "Claim This Site" — that captures them as a hot lead the second they click
EXAMPLE OPENER — "Hey, I actually already built [Business Name] a website — no charge to look, it's live right now. You've got [X] reviews at [rating] stars and no real site to send people to. Want me to text you the link?"

After they say yes

Once a client claims a site, they don't just disappear — they roll straight into the upsell: full GHL management, weekly email campaigns they approve before anything sends, branded social banners, and short-form video, all inside the same relationship. Every deliverable you send them (emails, banners, videos, site changes) goes out through the same approve/decline link, so nothing goes live without their sign-off and nothing falls through the cracks on your end either.
